Auto transport -  Enclosed or open truck?
Open trucks are more exposed to elements, so if you are transferring sports vehicle or just want to keep your vehicle away from elements while in transport, we recommend to make the auto transport in an enclosed truck.

Auto moving – right on time?
Auto moving can be effected by many factors, such as weather, traffic and unforeseen mechanical malfunctions.
We are making our best efforts to deliver your vehicle safely and on-time and to reduce unknown effects on the delivery time.
Please note that delays can be caused by unintentional fail to show up on-time for the pick-up of the vehicle.
Please make sure to pick up your vehicle on time or to update our Customer Service regarding rescheduling. 
Please make sure that all the paper work and payment arrangements are set, so the auto transport of the vehicle would go smoothly and effectively.

Auto transport tips – Pick up day

  1. Please make sure to clear your vehicle from your personal belongings.
  2. The tank of your vehicle should be ¼ full (approximately).
  3. Make a list of all internal and external deficiencies prior to the pick up.  
  4. Remove any add-ons from the vehicle, so the auto transport will be easier and no damage done to those parts (like spoiler, fog lights, additional mirrors etc.)
  5. If you auto transport a convertible vehicle, please make sure to ship it with covered top to prevent any possible damage.
  6. Please instruct our team with any unique/irregular features in your vehicle (for example: special sequel to start or any other operation which is required for us to know).

Auto transport tips – Delivery day

  1. Our Customer Service will schedule with you the exact delivery date and time. Please make it on time. Due to the size of the auto moving trucks, we can not always maneuver the truck in to any street. In this case, our team will contact you and schedule the delivery in spot that is convenient for both sides (like big parking lot, field etc).
  2. Please inspect your vehicle carefully. If any deficiency is found, which was not listed prior to the pick-up, please fill up the Inspection Report and obtain driver’s signature. We will contact you shortly and will do our best to reimburse you.
